Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain products (such as personal care items, customised goods, or sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending back your item.
